Thank you Ella! I made the vlog comment before I move on to the rest of the Introduction. I am now on middle of chapter 2, cant wait for chapter 3! Paddy Ladd presented a very effective perspective that define Deaf experience as individuals AND as a group. Some will denied this but it is the truth. Off to other subject...I would like to talk with you in different scenario about what you discussed in the video above. I support your position and want to further support it so is it possible for you to take a few moment of your busy schedule and contact me? To prevent abuse on contact information in the public, I am sending you to our contact form: http://www.deafsense.com/contact.htm. When you fill out the form, put your vp number if you feels comfortable to do so. Thanks and hope I will "see" you again soon!

Thank you all and it does challenge me to analyze deeply into ASL to present a clear message.
Our level in ASL are very higher than PH.D as we can sign words in once visual! Smiles,

I agree with Venita! ASL is far more advanced language than we can imagine! Thanks to our in-depth discussion that elevates us and ASL to higher level than we have ever before!

Laddy’s book is difficult to understand some concepts in English, but you amazingly make it look so easy to describe deep concepts in ASL.

So many educators say ASL is so limited in deep discussions of philosophy so they fall back on English. Your clip proves them wrong! We need more exposure to advanced ASL essays, lectures and discussions. Kudos to Deafhood Discussions pushing up ASL to a higher level for the ASL community!
